Vietnamese Pho

A bowl of classic Vietnamese noodle soup ‘Pho’ can bring to mind the history of Vietnam,  from its French colonial days, the partition of North and South, through to the Vietnam War and the refugee boat people. Let’s eat this humble dish with respect and remember the Vietnamese people’s former hard times. Read the history of Pho on wiki  here.
